On Thursday 16 April, from 11pm to 1am, L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services will not run between Central and Lilyfield due to trackwork and maintenance works. Patrons arriving late or requiring re-entry will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.

On most occasions an interactive seating map is available to view and select your seats when booking online via Ticketmaster. The Crown Theatre auditorium features Lounge (downstairs) and Dress Circle (balcony) seating. There are lifts and escalators in the foyer areas of the Theatre to assist patrons in accessing Level 1 or Level 2.
